WHAT IS THE VIP PROGRAM?
JWR's VIP program was developed to recognize employees for their contributions to the Company.  The acronym means Very Important Personnel.  Sometimes it is easy to overlook the obvious. We become so busy handling our day-to-day duties that we forget everyone else is busy as well. We come to depend on our fellow employees and after a while we forget to say a simple thank you.  The VIP program is a way for JWR to say thank you to its employees.

HOW CAN I BECOME A VIP?
Have your Mine Manager or Department Head nominate you to become a VIP.  They can send their nominations to dhall@jwrinc.com.  Twelve employees from this group will be randomly picked to get the VIP treatment.
