Thanks to
Brookwood High School's JROTC
Members of Brookwood's JROTC volunteered their
time and efforts to pick up
trash along both sides of Lock 17 Road from Highway 216 to the
Central Shop and Supply. Hundreds of pounds of litter was
collected and bagged. Our thanks to each of the Brookwood
students and staff as well as Tuscaloosa County Commissioner Gary
Youngblood and Brookwood Assistant Chief of Police Jimmy Sellers.

JWR sponsored the trash pickup by
donating vests, trash bags, soft drinks and a donation to the JROTC
travel fund. |
